Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Kovee platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Account and responsibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up and protect your credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported to hello@kovee.io.
3. Acceptable use
Prohibited: any illegal activity, unauthorized access to data, false or misleading content, and any action that disrupts the service or other users.
4. Billing
Monthly or annual payments are processed through Stripe. If a payment fails, access may be limited after notices shown in the service or sent by email. Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Free trial
14-day free trial, no credit card required. Cancel anytime.
6. AI advisor
Information provided by our AI advisor does not constitute legal advice. For any question with legal consequences, consult a qualified professional.
7. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We never sell your data.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute will fall under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
